JCI Climate Change Questionnaire

Friday, April 03, 2009

At present, climate change is one of the most relevant issues under discussion by the international community. In fact, UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon has made climate change the priority of his mandate as the leader of the United Nations.

JCI considers climate change as one of the priorities of the 2009 Plan of Action. As a result, this July 28-30, at the 2009 JCI Leadership Summit (http://rs6.net/tn.jsp?et=1102492721484&e=001r1-ineQQhwHEekUP8u2-XPtkWAYcyA7Glgz74ecwyyaHgCPy5GmJ0Ix-kcUx34N8kMlcis43wo6_Ftrrd16AfNq-HpDfqqiebs0NO5TpYwNMS3Gq1KPhvQ==), delegates from 115 countries will go behind the security gates at the UN Office in Geneva, Switzerland, to explore, propose and take actions on climate change.

The objective of the survey is to identify what is concerning JCI members most about climate change. The online survey is active till the 3rd April and the results will be published online on the 5th. It should only take you 5 minutes to complete. All responses will be coordinated by JCI WHQ.
